Vehicle Weight and Class 3 Rates

Vehicle Weight can now be manually added to a move. Class 3 Rates can now be added to a customer's contract. Running AR on a move with a weight above 10,000 lbs for a customer with a class 3 rate will cause the move's transport cost to be calculated with the Class 3 rate.

Other Enhancements and Hotfixes:

• Prevent sending of stale consumer SMS messages
  • Sometimes (e.g., when we were recently running recovery for the driver app), a move's status is updated in our system well after the fact. This leads to consumers receiving confusing concierge text messages. Now, moves that are more than 3 hours past their pickup time will not generate SMS messages for consumers.
• Configured consumer SMS auto-reply
  • We now have the ability to generate automated replies if consumers respond to our concierge SMS messages. The consumer's replies will also be viewable in the Move Details audit timeline at the bottom of the page.
  • If customers or organizations would like to utilize this functionality, they can customize an automated reply.
• Small Lane building hotfix.
• Fixed rendering issues on Customer, Moves, and other Index tables
