Third Party Payer Improvements

We made a number of improvements to the Dealer Portal that will make things easier for third party payers to enter moves on behalf of their payees. The Move Planner can now select default payers and can require a third party payer according to the customer's config There is a new Rooftop Dropdown for Third Party Payers where they can select which (payee) customer they want to create the move for. Inversing a move with a third party payer will keep the payer_id on the newly created inverse. The Dashboard page has had a few UI tweaks related to the Rooftops grouping option, and users can now group by Rooftop (customer_id) and Customer (consumer name) at the same time

Pay Now Button and Unpaid Products

This is a hotfix for the Pay Now button. Before, the Pay now button would pay all unpaid moves. Now it will also pay unpaid Products, if there are any
