Driver Photo Upload

Driver Photos can now be uploaded in the driver details page in two ways:

• Click on the "lock" icon to turn on edit mode, then click the X to remove the old avatar, then click the add icon space to add a new one. Then save changes.
• Click the gear icon, and then 'Go To Onboarding' here click the X to remove the old avatar, and drag in a new image. Wait for the dot to go from 'ready' to the green 'done'

Removed "Force Accept"

Dispatchers can no longer force a move to be in an accepted status. Only drivers using the app can accept (or decline) a move.

Minor Changes

• References to driver app 2 have been removed and replaced with text describing driver app 3
• The old region creation system has been removed, since it synced data with Tookan. There is a new Region creation system that acts the same as the old one, but is entirely in Admin.
