User Management Improvements

In the navigation sidebar, there is a new searchable table of all dealer and dealer-admin users (so that you don't have to remember the organization or customer in order to locate the user's details)
Improved user creation validation (including notification upon attempt to add already existing user)
Fixed problem preventing admins from sending password reset emails on dealers/drivers' behalves
Error preventing logout from admin has been fixed
On the dealer user details page, the default customer and allowed customers now link to their respective pages, and clicking phone number and email address will automatically open the phone/email apps on your device

Customer Management Improvements

Table of all customers now displays active status and includes inactive customers
In the "settings" section of the customer and organization details pages, there are new fields
- Fuel: specify the org's/customer's minimum required fuel level upon delivery, minimum fueld spend, and maximum fuel spend
- Custom Values: Organizations (such as GMA) may have reporting needs that require data specific to that organization. Under "Custom Values" in "Settings," you can create custom names and values for these data points.
Fixed a bug that was introducing duplicates of rate rule groups when you save your progress while you enter them.

Customer, driver name, and driver avatar are now clickable and will take you to their respective pages
You can now scroll past the map view without inadvertently zooming on it instead.
Added ability to delete accessorials that have a driver pay amount attached (if the driver has not yet been paid for this move)

Fixed an issue with sending rideshare vehicle photo in consumer SMS
One time charges for weekly customers (such as hangtag printing fees) will now be handled automatically via nightly cron job
