Fuel Authorization Requests from Driver App & Automated creation of Fuel Authorizations

• Now, after the completion of the pickup inspection, Driver App will calculate whether or not fuel is needed in order to complete the move. This is based on a few things:
  • The distance between the pick up and drop off locations
  • The fuel level of the vehicle
  • The fuel efficiency of the vehicle
• If the app determines that fuel is needed, a Fuel Authorization Request will be sent to our system where the Authorization will be created.
• Other related items:
  • The authorization will last the duration of the move
  • The driver will receive a notification and see on the app the amount of the authorization

Reimbursement Accessorials for Self Pay

• If for some reason the driver has to pay with their own money, a Reimbursement accessorial will be created automatically at the end of the move.
• Another Fuel accessorial will also be created for the drivers time at the pump.

Pending Reimbursement Accessorials Report

• There is a new report on the Actionable Operations Dashboard that will show all of the Pending Reimbursement Accessorials with a link to the move that they are associated with.
