Improvements to the Move Outcome System

There are a few things to note about the updated version of move outcome:

• The cancel modal has been removed. As a result, all cancellations will be done through the move outcome system.
• The manage accessorials modal has been removed. As a result, all accessorial adjustments will be done through the move outcome system.
• Move outcome has been updated with corrected calculations for partial and rideshare accessorials.

This system is designed to give a baseline on what needs to be applied to the move based on the questions the user answers. There may be times when the user needs to modify the result. You can now do that with the move outcome system.

Note: Move outcome is intended to be the place where final adjustments are made before sending it off to an invoice. Please wait for the move to be finished before adjusting the outcome, if possible.

Managing Accessorials

Managing accessorials will now be done through move outcome.

Every adjustment made to accessorials now requires a reason. The reasons that are supplied to us will help us determine how to adjust the calculations in the future so the user wont have to.

Customer Config

The customer/org settings on admin have been updated to include cancellation fee. These fees should be adjusted for each customer/org individually. Default cancel fee is $50.
