Active Time
Active Time Calculation
In order to be in compliance with California minimum hourly pay requirements, we need to track the amount of time our drivers are working on each move. To this end we will now generate "Active Time" records for each set of moves (drive + rideshare) worked by each driver.
Active Time Auditing
The Active Time records are created based on the timestamps generated by a driver's app usage, so they are not perfect. Any active time generated by our system that may be inaccurate will be flagged with an "audit" status, and will need to be manually reviewed and adjusted.
- The Active Times table shows an overview of all recorded active times, and can be filtered to show specific date ranges, regions, drivers, etc.
- Clicking on a row will allow you to view the details of a specific active time record, and will allow you to adjust or approve it.
- Buttons in the Active Time audit page allow the user to go to the move or the plan if there is not enough detail on the audit page to determine what happened.

Driver Pay
Compliance Jobs
Since we are expanding to markets out in California, we need a way to be in compliance with California laws.
- A true-up compliance job was introduced to meet the minimum hourly pay law for California and can be configured to work with other markets in the future.
Improvements to the Driver Pay Screens
Driver Pay screens have been enhanced to fit the new back-end systems:
- Pay Cycles are split by driver pay period, which makes it easier to determine when a driver got paid for something.
- You can now pay more than 4-5 drivers at a time.
- You can add/edit charges & and incentives directly from the pay cycle screen, instead of needing to add an accessorial to a random move.
Note: W-2 driver pay screens will be coming at a later date.

Charges & Incentives
New Charge & Incentive Types in Driver Pay
We've added the ability to post driver charges and incentives that are not directly related to moves. Promos and bonuses are additional incentive pay on top of wages earned, and charges will be handled as deductions from the wages earned, processed at the time of payout. Charges and incentives can be added from either the Driver Details gear menu, or by right-clicking on a driver from the Driver Pay screen, They may be posted from the previous paycycle up to 6 months in the future, and they can also be edited by right-clicking on the item in the driver's pay details.

Driver Details Enhancements
Reinstating Drivers
You can now reinstate a terminateddriver from the Driver Details gear menu. This will reset their status to "onboarding", and once they re-verify their information in Driver Portal, you can proceed with onboarding as usual.
Onboarding Checklist to Include Onboarding Fee
Charging an onboarding fee to the driver has been added as a step in the onboarding process
Editing Driver Name and Email
You can now edit a driver's display name from Driver Details, and you can also change their email address when they are in a status that will not interfere with their app authentication.

Driver App Earnings
The driver app earnings screens have been updated, and will now be broken down by paycycle. Drivers can view their current and previous paycycles with a detailed breakdown of earnings and charges.
