Location Business Hours

New tables have been added to the database to store the business hours of each location.

Admin

• Location business hours can be managed in the Location Details screen, including:
  • Regular business hours
  • Holiday closures
  • Special closures (training, events, etc.)
• Default business hours are pre-configured for all locations:
  • Monday through Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed
• Hours can be customized per location as needed

Portal (New)

• User will be alerted if one of the locations is closed at the selected time, based on the business hours. (Move will still be created)

Video:

• Earliest Available Time will be set when a move is created based on the locations' business hours, holidays, or other closures.
• Deliver_by will be calculated based on earliest_available_time if available.

Events

• Updating the ready by time will now update the earliest available time for the location.

API

• If a location is closed at the selected time, the API will return a message alerting the user along with the earliest_available_time and the reason it was set (Move will still be created)
