RO Capture

Customers will now be able to capture new key data points for their moves. For GMA-specific customers, they will now be able to require RO for proper reimbursement. It is important to keep in mind, the following changes are mostly configurable and these customers/orgs will need to be setup by an admin in order to get the new functionality.

Admin Portal

The customer & organization settings pages have been updated with a new section around "Reference Number". This controls how the client uses their reference number field.

• Added the ability to change the reference number field label to something more relevant to the client (RO Number, Claim Number, Fleet ID, etc.).
• Added the ability to change the missing ref report label to something more relevant to the client.
• Added a switch to turn on/off the auto-assigning of reference numbers to a pickup when building the return.
• Added flags that determine if the reference number field is required on a pickup or return move.

HopDrive Portal

A few key changes have been made to our portal...

1. Reference number is now configured through admin portal and displays differently based on configuration.

• Reference number has been moved to the top of the move planner form in the "Options" section (see image).
• The label of reference number can be changed & the requirement flag can be changed.

2. We now have the ability to store additional data from our customers at move input.

• A new dynamic form can be generated at move creation by utilizing our workflow-based archetecture.
• These inputs can be required & validated if applicable.
• Workflows can be setup by the tech team. Please message them on slack if a client reaches out about needing to capture additional data at move creation.

3. A new configurable screen has been created called the "Missing Ref Report".

• This report, when enabled, will allow customers to find moves without reference numbers (RO Numbers) and assign them.
