Move Confirmations

Version 1 released: One-way moves now require email confirmation before planning (when customer is configured)
Automated notifications: Contacts receive email links to confirmation forms where they verify move details and readiness
Audit trail: All confirmations are tracked and visible in both Admin and Portal interfaces
Admin override: Confirmation status can be manually overridden by admin users when needed
Flexible requirements: Confirmations can be required for pickup, delivery, or both; moves only become plannable once all required confirmations are complete
Customization limitation: While confirmation requirements, retry attempts, and form contents are customizable, changes currently require tech team assistance (not yet available in admin UI)

Appointment Management

Building further on the driver recruitment pipeline, we've:

Automated the process of matching new driver applicants with valid Hopdrive regions
Begun displaying individualized driver locations on a detail map, as well as a filterable map view of the full driver network
Added the ability to capture driver recruitment notes

Some improvements have been made to our admin v5 portal, particularly around planning.

Scenario conversion - Converting a scenario from one type to another.
Allow planning for days in the future.
Live updates when changing moves, scenarios or bundle configurations on the planning screen.
Disabled offer strategies that should not be used until they are ready.
General bugfixes around planning.
Fixed scenario filtering on unassigned moves/scenarios screen.
Added Concierge & Operational filter switch when selecting unassigned scenarios.
Region filtering for selecting drivers when setting up a timeline.

When selecting unassigned scenarios for planning in admin 4, we also added a region filter for finding drivers.
