Admin Portal

Some minor enhancements to the Admin portal have been added in this release to make your lives a little easier.

Customer Management Enhancements

We have so many customers, we need to be able to filter and search because the list is so long! In the customer index screen we've added some helpful filtering options to make it easier to find a customer in the list.

New features include:

• Organization column added to index
• Customer multi-select added to header of index
• Quick search field added to header of index
• Organization editing in customer details page

Image Carousel Enhancements

We added a few small enhancements to the image carousel on the move details page.

Enhancements include:

• VIN photo is now included in the virtual walkaround list and displays below the instrument cluster photo
• Damage photos with notes will have captions on their respective images
  • You can also click on the image to view in fullscreen mode and see the full image along with the damage note
• We also removed the damage notes from displaying under the "Pickup Workflow Data" and "Delivery Workflow Data" sections above

Dealer Portal

The third party payer system has been implemented for a while, but we now have a new customer who will be using it. We recently spent a lot of time streamlining this system and made sure it will work as intended. Since this system has not yet been used, we thought it would be helpful to provide a breif summary of its features and a demostration of how it works.

Summary:

• A move with a third party payer will appear on the payer's invoice, not the customer for whom we do the move
• Customers can set a third party payer based on their login claims -this is done via the dropdown in the Dealer Portal Move Creation page
• Customers can see the moves they are paying for as well as the moves done on their behalf

Dealer API

Dealer API users can now create third party payer moves through the API. They can also GET their allowed payers and payees through the API

Summary:

• A new optional field in the create moves that will allow adding a payer_id to a move
• A new GET endpoint "payers" where a api user can get their allowed payers

Driver App

The 2.1.5 Driver App release includes the following updates:

Photo upload bug fix

Makes photo upload more resilient and consistent when uploading with low connectivity, or when a picture gets stuck uploading.

Drive info accessible during a move

The drive info is now displayed in the workflow steps. This is helpful for drivers to be able to access certain information about the move without having to go back to the move details page: Here's an example image that would be displayed when pressing the i button:

Disables retaking a photo on a completed move

We now disable the ability to retake a picture when a move has been completed.
