Contract duplication Hotfix

There were some bugs with the contract duplication system not copying all information. It also was naming the copy the same as the original and using the same dates, which was confusing.

Hotfix includes:

• Products and Insurance rate copied onto duplicate
• Duplicate will be named "original contract name (copy)"
• Duplicate will have a start date of the end of the previous month, and an end date of the end of the current month + five years
