Assigning Completed Moves to Hang Tags

Until we get hang tag assignment incorporated into the driver app (coming soon), drivers can now assign a move even if it's already been marked as delivery successful. The reason for this change is simple: drivers sometimes forget to do this until after they've completed their delivery workflow. Now, they can assign a hang tag to a move at any status other than cancelled from within the browser-based mobile workflow triggered by scaning the hang tag's QR code.

Return Ready Notification

The hang tag will send a notification in admin to dispatchers when it get's scanned to indicate the vehicle is ready for pickup. This notification was incorrectly showing a link to the dealer portal's move detail page. In this release that has been corrected to point to the admin portal's move details page instead.
