Push Notification Fix

We fixed an issue on our admin site that was causing push notifications to be sent out to our drivers on driver app 2.0 when they shouldn't be. Paired with an upcoming driver app fix, Tookan moves will no longer be able to be worked thru the new driver app.

What does this mean?

This will mean that, when you convert these moves in admin, the driver will not get a notification on driver app 2.0 when the plan is synced. While we are fixing the driver app, we are making sure all the drivers are staying on the Tookan app. This is a necessary fix to enforce that.
