Started the first phase of organization management, which includes the following:

• New organizations table
• New organization details page with child customers table
• Ability to create organizations and customers quicker and more efficiently
• Improvements to the existing customers table
• New organization and customer status field to indicate if a customer if ready to do moves for us or not (WIP)
