Move Index

• Moves Index now filters on cancel status and moves status
• Moves Index filter on now works on unplanned moves

Plans Page

• Scheduling a move to a date different than it has been originally planned to now changes the move's pickup time to the plan date. It does not change the scheduled time. So if a move was planned for Feb. 15th at 10am, but then planned on Feb. 10th, it's pickup time will set to 10am Feb 10th on the plan.

AP Rerun

• Running a move's AP used to generate an error in Hasura every time (although it would complete correctly). This has been refactored so these errors will no longer be generated.
