Yard Hangtags Phase 1
With the first phase of Yard Hangtags, you can expect the following feature set:
Tags Portal
- https://tags.hopdrive.io now supports the new yard hangtag type.
- Yard managers can now assign tags to their vehicles when staging them.
- All they need to do stag a vehicle is scan the QR code of their hangtag and follow the steps on the screen.
Admin Portal

Once a vehicle is staged, the hangtag will show up on the move tile on the plans view in Admin Portal.
- Once the vehicle is ready to be moved, the hangtag will have a wiggle animation.
- This can help our dispatchers visually sync up shared rides between our drivers by planning yard moves together.
- Hangtags can be unassigned directly from the move by right-clicking on the move tile and selecting "Unassign Hangtag".
- When a move is put in a complete or canceled state, the hangtag will be automatically unassigned.

When the yard manager stages a vehicle, a notification is sent to the Admin Portal. You can view the notification and route to the move in the unassigned moves list and put it on a plan once its ready.

- Our customers can see these hangtags populate on their dashboard moves and can filter to find moves with hangtags.
