• Volume classed rates can now be added for moves in ride groups. They are named stranded_x2 through stranded_x6
• The rates will only be aplied to moves in ride groups. The size of the gorup will determine which rate will be used. If a group size does not have a matching rate, it will fall back to the next smaller group's rate, and eventually, to the stranded rate.

• The "charge" object returned by the API will now include the class of the rate used to calculate the move's price (stranded, base, stranded_x2, etc.)
