Marking Pending Moves Canceled & Other Moves Index Improvements

You can now mark "pending cancel" moves as "canceled after delivered" by clicking the menu on the move's row on the Moves Index page. There are also a couple of other small improvements to that page, which you can learn more about in the demo video below:
