Lite Customers

Customer Tiers

This release is the first phase of allowing a new type of HopDrive customers. These customers will be identified as "lite" customers and will not recieve the full level of support given to current HopDrive customers (which are now classified as "standard" customers). Although this program will not be launching for a few months, we have added new options to the Customer Overview and Customer Settings Screens to allow the configuration of these customers in Admin.

Customer Service Radius

Lite Customers will not be limited to creating moves in a HopDrive Region and will instead be allowed to create moves in a radius around their home location. This can be adjusted in the Customer's settings:

Lite Moves

Moves created by "lite" tier customers will be set as "lite moves." These moves will not be visible in the unassigned moves list, but can still be found in places like Move Index in Admin. They will be easily identified in Admin by the "L" next to their move id.

Dashboard Datepicker Improvement

In preparation for the next phase of this project, in which Portal users will be planning their own moves, we have changed the functionality of the datepicker dropdown in Portal to make it easier to find future moves. We also changed the meaning of "week" to be the calendar week instead of "previous 7 days" or "next 7 days"
